The tall structure with the blue light at its tip is Tokyo Tower, a famous landmark visible from many points across the city. On the beautiful peninsula of Walcheren, also named “the garden of Zeeland” , you can find camping Janse. Just 2 km away from the village of Zoutelande and at the foot of the sand dunes. The beach is directly behind the campsite, a few minutes walk over the dunes brings you to the beach.
On our neatly kept camp site, all of the pitches are approx. 95 m2, with well cared for grass areas.
For the children we have a nice play area, an animal corner and a sand pit. Further you find a jeu de boules area and a covered area “Jansje” where you can borrow books, magazines, games and toys during your stay. During the holiday period, there is a recreational team three times a week on the campsite.
The campsite is on the bicycle route, walking paths and roller skating paths are nearby. Rather travel by bus, the busstop is outside the campsite, where your discovery trail can begin. Holidays on campsite Janse is a holiday, truly near the sea.

Daxi Bridge is a pedestrian suspension bridge with benches for taking in leisurely views of the city & mountains. It is located in Taoyuan City, Taiwan.
The bridge spans Dahan River and can be found just below Zhongzheng Park. It connects to the cycling track on the left bank of Dahan River and is only available for use to pedestrians and cyclists. In addition to the lights switch on at night, adding atmosphere to the night scenery of the Dahan River banks. The bridge was constructed using the Baroque style similar to the buildings on Daxi Old Street. The bridge connects Ruian Road Section 1 and Daxi Old Street, making it simple to take a tour of culture and food over the weekends.

A Red-tailed Hawk pair has been nesting above Cornell University’s athletic fields since at least the 2012, making use of two different light towers for their nest sites. In 2012 and 2015, they used a tower near Fernow Hall, and in 2013, 2014, and 2016, they used the tower nearest Weill Hall. We installed cameras at both of these sites to get a better look at the intimate behavior of these well-known birds as they raise their young amid the bustle of a busy campus.
Red-tailed hawks are monogamous and may mate for life. They make stick nests high above the ground, in which the female lays one to five eggs each year. Both sexes incubate the eggs for four to five weeks, and feed the young from the time they hatch until they leave the nest about six weeks later.
Red-tailed Hawks, especially in the West, have highly variable plumage, including dark and rufous phases. They have long, broad wings and short, wide tails. Most have light breasts and dark streaks forming a mottled 'belly-band.' Most have dark brown heads. The underwings are mottled dark and light. All plumages of Red-tailed Hawks have a darkish band on the leading edges of the inner underwings, known as the 'patagial' markings. The upper side of the tail of most adult birds is deep rufous, although the Harlan's Red-tailed Hawk, a subspecies occasionally seen in Washington, has a light gray or banded tail. Light birds often have a faint white 'V' on their back-feathers that can be seen when they are perched. Juveniles lack the red tail.

Zandvoort is both a municipality and a town located in the province of North Holland. It is considered one of the biggest beach resorts in the country. Houston is a large metropolis in Texas, extending to Galveston Bay. It’s closely linked with the Space Center Houston, the coastal visitor center at NASA’s astronaut training and flight control complex. The city’s relatively compact Downtown includes the Theater District, home to the renowned Houston Grand Opera, and the Historic District, with 19th-century architecture and upscale restaurants.
Lianchihtan (Lotus Pond) Scenic Area is one of Kaohsiung's most traditional scenic areas, and was listed as one of the "Eight Sights of Fongshan" in the Qing Dynasty. There are pavilions by the beach, massive statues of gods and also the "old city" surrounded by the city wall, where you can view traditional living settlements and businesses, you can also sample Zuoying's rich, diverse food in the old streets and traditional markets.
The Longhu Tower (Dragon Tiger Tower) is the most famous scenic spot in Lianchihtan. Constructed in 1976, the tower is seven stories tall, and the dragon and tiger doors are its entrance and exit. Its walls are decorated with koji pottery, which represent proselytizing stories, from a variety of artists.

Shanyuan Bay is the longest sandy beach on the east coast of Taiwan. It is significant in terms of cultural and historic importance. It is the indigenous land for three Amis tribes, Jialulan, Citong, and Dulan. In the Amis language, the beach is called "Fudafudak," which means sparkling.
Indigenous activities such as gathering food and festivals take place here. Shanyuan Bay is a key part of Dulan and only 12 kilometers away from downtown Taitung. The short 15 minute drive makes Shanyuan Bay easily accessible. On the way to the beach, visitors pass by Xiaoyeliu. Check two attractions off your list when you swing by Xiaoyeliu before a day at Shanyuan Bay.

Michael Preston AKA FrenchyMichael Preston was born in Quebec, a French-speaking province of Canada. His family moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan when he was in middle school. Michael grew up in a bilingual household, so when his new friends heard him speaking French with his mom, they started calling him “Frenchy”…and it stuck.
Shortly after high school, Frenchy and some friends took a vacation to Clearwater Beach, Florida. He loved it so much that he decided to stay and get a job at a local restaurant. Frenchy worked hard learning every job as he progressed from dishwasher to manager. After eight years in the industry, he was ready to make his dream a reality – opening his own restaurant.
Frenchy’s goal was simple: to have a friendly, laid-back place where people could come to enjoy a cold drink and fresh seafood. So in 1981, Frenchy’s Original Café, the quaint restaurant on a tiny side street, opened its doors to the beach community (see images below). The Café became an instant success, with lines of people stretching out the door on a daily basis. To ensure a constant source of fresh fish to the Café, Frenchy purchased a fleet of fishing boats and eventually opened Frenchy’s Seafood Company. With these resources in place, Frenchy’s became “famous” for its fresh Super Grouper sandwich, spawning the opening of four more restaurants: Frenchy’s Saltwater Café in 1989, Frenchy’s Rockaway Grill in 1991, Frenchy’s South Beach Cafe in 2003 and Frenchy’s Outpost Bar & Grill in 2013. Three decades running, the Frenchy’s restaurants are still regarded as a staple for delicious, fresh-from-the-Gulf seafood at reasonable prices in a fun and casual beach atmosphere.
In 2010, Frenchy continued building his mini empire on Clearwater Beach with the purchase of the former Olympia Motel, located on East Shore Drive. After months of extensive renovations, Frenchy’s Oasis Motel opened, boasting a 15 unit waterfront property, classically designed in retro 60’s, offering fantastic modern accommodations.

Saint-Malo is a port city in Brittany, in France's northwest. Tall granite walls surround the old town, which was once a stronghold for privateers (pirates approved by the king). The Saint-Malo Cathedral, in the center of the old town, is built in Romanesque and Gothic styles and features stained-glass windows depicting city history. The idea of building a Carolina bridge at the Industrial School was not new, as already in 1829 other projects were presented. Gubbio is a well-preserved medieval hill town in the Umbria region of central Italy. Gubbio's compact center has a good selection of medieval, Gothic, and Renaissance monuments built of gray limestone and has great views over the beautiful countryside. Just outside the town is a Roman amphitheater.

Gubbio is in Umbria, twenty-five miles northeast of Perugia (see Umbria map) and about 40 miles south of Urbino in the neighboring Marche region.
The town is beautifully set on the lower slopes of Mt. Ingino.
Gubbio Transportation
The closest train station is Fossato di Vico, about 12 miles away. Buses connect Gubbio with the station and other nearby towns. If you're traveling by car, take the scenic SS298 road between Perugia and Gubbio. There's also bus service between Perugia and Gubbio. Buses arrive in Gubbio at Piazza Quaranta Martiri. Umbria has a small airport at Perugia with flights from Europe and the UK. Gubbio is about 124 miles from Rome Fiumicino airport.

The Coastal and Harbour Improvements
West Bay had been known as Bridport Harbour until the railway arrived in 1884. Now only the harbour itself retains that name. Over the centuries West Bay has been battered by the elements, baring the scars of numerous storm battles. A three year scheme to rebuild the coastal defences and harbour piers at a cost of £18 million was completed in the winter of 2004 / 2005. The Duke of York formally opened the completed scheme on Tuesday, 8th March 2005.

Holmestrand is a town in Vestfold, Norway. It is located southwest of Oslo, approximately 1 hour away. Holmestrand in Norwegian literally means small island by the beach. Holmestrand is a nice town with a charming harbour. It's nice to stroll along the harbour or if you prefer woods and hills, it's possible to go for long walks through the countryside. In the winter, good skiing is available.
Holmestrand Brygge will be a newly built quarter with about 80 apartments, over 1000 m2 of commercial premises, and a new green lung in the city. The start of construction was in March 2019 and the project will be completed during the first quarter of 2021.
Asplan Viak's architects have been selected as partners in the development of the project. Their proposals for solutions are very good with a view to further urban development and making the center of Holmestrand attractive as a place to live, shop and work in.

Among Tsou tribes, Lijia is undoubtedly the most remote and secluded, a mysterious Utopia tucked away in the southern valley. Lijia is adjacent to Lijia Creek, at an altitude of 1,100 to 1,400 meters. County Highway 169 is Lijia’s only external connection, with the main roads ending here. Households in Lijia keep various plants such as bird's-nest fern, rock-ginger fern, and dendrobium orchids. Alleyways are kept clean and full of simple and natural beauty. The surrounding tall mountains are rich in natural resources.

The Urban Fountains in Unirii Square are illuminated and the artesian wells are synchronized in a show dedicated to the homage of Romanian celebrities who have placed their talent in book volumes, arias, sculptures and immortal works of art.

The Virgin Islands National Park is St. John's largest and most popular attraction. Therefore, I thought that it would be interesting to have a "library where you can freely write notes on books", which led to the opening of the library. Of course, please refrain from posting notes that are offensive to public order and morals, but I would like to provide a place where you can feel the warmth of people and the thoughts of strangers through second-hand books, leaving evidence that people have picked them up.
There are already interesting notes and poems written on it, and you can immerse yourself in the thoughts of what kind of person the previous owner was. Please feel free to visit us. The Geirangerfjord is one of Norway's most visited tourist sites and has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List, along with the Nærøyfjord, since 2005.
Along the sides of this magnificent fjord, there a number of abandoned farms. The farms that are most commonly visited are Skageflå, Knivsflå and Blomberg. Skageflå can also be reached on foot from Geiranger, while the others can only be seen from the fjord.
The fjord also has several impressive waterfalls. The two most notable waterfalls in the Geirangerfjord are ‘de Syv Søstre’ (the seven sisters) and ‘Friaren’ (the suitor, also called the wooer). The two waterfalls face one another across the fjord, and the suitor is said to be trying to woo the sisters opposite.
Brudesløret (the bridal veil) is another waterfall on the fjord, thus named because it falls delicately over one rocky edge, and when seen backlit by the sun looks like a thin veil over the rocks.

This webcam overlooks the intricate expressway network of Tokyo’s waterfront near Shiodome and Hamamatsuchō. The sweeping spiral ramp in the foreground is part of the Shuto Expressway, a major urban highway system. This junction connects the Shuto Expressway Inner Circular Route (C1) with Shuto Expressway Route 11 Daiba Line, which leads directly to the Rainbow Bridge (Tokyo) and the bayside districts beyond.
At night, traffic flows through this elevated network against a glowing skyline of high-rises and waterfront lights. The illuminated tower with the blue beacon is Tokyo Tower, a classic landmark. Just beyond lies Tokyo Bay, where ships and ferries pass through the port. This area offers some of the city’s most iconic night views, combining dramatic infrastructure with the vibrant heart of Tokyo.
